Information we collect
- Waitlist details you give us: your email address and ZIP code, and your consent to receive emails.
- Optional survey answers: if you answer our follow-up questions, we store your answers (for example, number of dogs, yard size, how you handle cleanup today, whether you have a robot mower and whether you'd like to be a beta tester).
- Campaign information: the ad or link that brought you to the site (UTM parameters), a referral code if a friend shared a link with you, and which version of the page you saw.
- Usage data from analytics and advertising tools: we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel, which use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and whether you signed up.
How we use it
- To send you updates about Ranger's development.
- To plan our beta, including which areas to launch in first.
- To understand which ads and pages work, and to measure and improve our advertising.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We don't share your email or ZIP code with anyone except the service providers that help us run the waitlist, listed below.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to operate the site and the waitlist: Vercel (hosting), Tally (forms), Google (Sheets and Analytics), Meta (advertising measurement) and [EMAIL SERVICE PROVIDER] (sending updates). They process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and advertising choices
